To provide the best possible service and to work safely we require your horse to be good to handle & work around, notified of any pre-existing conditions , a safe working area area which is level, dry, clear of obstructions, light and with protection from the elements.
Tips for a successful visit
Once an appointment is confirmed we would have already discussed the work to be performed ,the amount of time this work will take, the price for this time and any materials used.
It is important to let us know in advance if this changes so we can schedule more time or rearrange the appointment.
